A Lesson in Waiting

A lot of times, when God makes me wait for something, I say, "God is teaching me patience." In hindsight, I also think that He makes me wait because He knows how I will react with the new knowledge I will have once the waiting is over. For example, when a high school senior gets accepted into the college of his/her choice, (s)he may start to coast during the last months of high school because (s)he already knows what his/her next plans are.
